These terms are an agreement between you and RjPreis Enterprises LLC, doing business as The Fablekin Universe ("Fablekin", "we", "us"). By buying a membership, packet or gift card, or by creating a member account at thefablekinuniverse.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Our packets are written for readers from age 2 to adult, but accounts belong to parents, guardians, educators and other adults. Children use Fablekin through the adult who owns the account.
2. What you are buying
Fablekin products are digital. A membership or character purchase gives you access to printable PDF packets (letters, stories, activities and art pages) in your member portal. Nothing is shipped unless a product page clearly says it is a physical item. Once a packet is released to your account it stays in your library for as long as your account exists, even after you cancel.
3. Memberships and automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically on the schedule you choose (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. We will show the price, billing interval and renewal terms before you pay, and your receipt will repeat them.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your member portal, or by emailing rjpreis1@yahoo.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and every packet already released to you stays in your library.
5. Prices, discounts and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Multi-character, Pillar Program and promotional discounts apply only as described on the site at the time of purchase. Sales tax may be added where required by law. We may change prices for future renewals; if we do, we will tell you by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable only on thefablekinuniverse.com, are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires, and cannot be reloaded or resold. Any unused balance carries over to future purchases. Please treat a gift card code like cash; we cannot replace a code that someone else has used. See our Refund Policy for gift card refunds.
7. Personal-use license
Every packet is licensed, not sold. You may download and print packets for your own household. Educators, therapists and program leaders may print copies for the students, clients or residents they serve directly under a paid membership or Pillar seat. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to other sites, or use Fablekin characters, text or artwork in your own products. All characters, stories, artwork and the Fablekin name belong to RjPreis Enterprises LLC.
8. Your account
Keep your password and any gift card codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing packets outside the license above.
9. Educational content, not professional advice
Fablekin packets are educational and creative materials. Packets that touch on mental health, physical health, recovery or family topics are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Activities and experiments should be done with appropriate adult supervision.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The site and packets are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will email members before it takes effect.
