Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I get?
Each week your character sends a new printable packet: a personal letter that opens "Hello, fellow Fablekin", a story, activities and art pages, written for your reader's age tier (Little, Kid, Teen or Adult readers). Packets are PDFs you download and print at home or school.
Is anything mailed to me?
No. Fablekin packets are digital downloads. Printed, mailed editions are planned and will be clearly labeled when they open.
Where do I find my packets?
Sign in to the member portal with the email you used at checkout. Your library shows every packet released to you, and you can download any of them again at any time.
How do I sign in?
On the member portal, choose Create Account and use the same email you used at checkout, then pick a password. Your purchases attach to that email automatically. Use Forgot password if you need to reset it.
How do I update my card or see billing history?
In the member portal, open Billing and choose Manage billing. That opens our secure Stripe billing page, where you can update your payment method, download invoices and see past charges. PayPal purchases are managed in your PayPal account.
How do I cancel?
Member portal, then Billing, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and past packets stay in your library. See the Refund Policy.
Can I change my character or age tier?
Yes. Use your character queue in the portal to choose what comes next, or email us and we will switch it for the next release.
How do gift cards work?
The recipient enters the code at checkout. Any unused balance carries over to future purchases. Check a balance on the gift card balance page.
Can I use packets in my classroom or practice?
Yes, for the students, clients or residents you serve directly. Groups of 10 or more save with the Pillar Program. Please do not post packets publicly or resell them. See the Terms of Service.
Do you collect information about my child?
Only the first name or nickname and age tier you choose, so letters can greet your reader. Accounts belong to adults. Read our children's privacy notice.
A download will not open. What should I do?
Try a different browser, or download on a computer instead of a phone. If it still will not open, email us the packet name and we will fix it or refund it.
